Because our products are health-related and may include peptides, supplements, and biologically sensitive items, all sales are considered final.
For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have left our warehouse.
A replacement or refund may be issued only in the following cases:
If you received a different product than the one ordered.
If the product arrives broken, leaked, contaminated, or unusable.
If your order arrives incomplete.
In these cases, we will either resend the correct item or provide a refund at no additional cost.
All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
After this period, we cannot guarantee eligibility for refunds or replacements.

Full name
Order number
Description of the issue
Photos or videos showing the problem (mandatory for damaged/defective items)
Whether you prefer a replacement or refund
Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.
If the issue is caused by BetterGen (wrong item, defect, or damage), all additional shipping costs will be covered by us.
If the customer provides an incorrect address resulting in a failed delivery, reshipping fees may apply.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following cases:
The customer changed their mind after purchase
Failure to read product descriptions or usage disclaimers
Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse
Packages lost due to incorrect address provided by the customer
Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or force majeure events
Claims submitted after the 7-day window
Because orders are processed quickly, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour after placing the order.
After this timeframe, the order cannot be canceled.
BetterGen is not responsible for shipments marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If you suspect package theft, please open a claim directly with the carrier.
Chargebacks filed without contacting our support team first will be treated as fraud.
BetterGen reserves the right to dispute and ban accounts involved in fraudulent activity.
