BetterGen – Return & Refund Policy

At BetterGen, we strive to provide premium-quality health products and peptides with the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, specific rules apply to returns and refunds.

Please read the policy below carefully before making your purchase.


1. All Sales Are Final

Because our products are health-related and may include peptides, supplements, and biologically sensitive items, all sales are considered final.

For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have left our warehouse.


2. Exceptions – Eligible for Replacement or Refund

A replacement or refund may be issued only in the following cases:

Wrong item received

If you received a different product than the one ordered.

Damaged or defective product

If the product arrives broken, leaked, contaminated, or unusable.

Missing items

If your order arrives incomplete.

In these cases, we will either resend the correct item or provide a refund at no additional cost.


3. Timeframe for Claims

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

After this period, we cannot guarantee eligibility for refunds or replacements.


4. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

To file a claim, please contact our support team at:

Include the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos showing the problem (mandatory for damaged/defective items)

  • Whether you prefer a replacement or refund

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.


5. Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is caused by BetterGen (wrong item, defect, or damage), all additional shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • If the customer provides an incorrect address resulting in a failed delivery, reshipping fees may apply.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The customer changed their mind after purchase

  • Failure to read product descriptions or usage disclaimers

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or misuse

  • Packages lost due to incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or force majeure events

  • Claims submitted after the 7-day window


7. Order Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour after placing the order.
After this timeframe, the order cannot be canceled.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

BetterGen is not responsible for shipments marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
If you suspect package theft, please open a claim directly with the carrier.


9. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Chargebacks filed without contacting our support team first will be treated as fraud.
BetterGen reserves the right to dispute and ban accounts involved in fraudulent activity.
