BetterGen – Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing BetterGen. This Shipping Policy describes how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our online store within the United States.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) may begin processing on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options at checkout, including:

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping

Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery address

  • Selected shipping method

  • Package weight and size

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
You can monitor the delivery status directly through the carrier’s website.


5. Shipping Restrictions

Due to regulations surrounding peptides and certain health-related products:

  • Some products may not be shipped to specific states or regions.

  • Orders to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories may have limitations.

If your order includes restricted items, we will contact you before shipping.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

BetterGen is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Packages returned to sender

  • Additional fees charged by carriers

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.


7. Delays Beyond Our Control

BetterGen is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs or inspections

  • Holidays

  • Force majeure events

Once the package is handed to the carrier, responsibility for transit shifts to the shipping provider.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received, BetterGen is not responsible.

  • Customers should contact the carrier directly to open a missing package claim.

  • If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us for support.


9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and items.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review the case and determine eligibility for replacement.


10. International Shipping

At this moment, BetterGen ships only within the United States.

International shipping will be added soon — please stay tuned.
