All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) may begin processing on the next business day.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number.
You can monitor the delivery status directly through the carrier’s website.
Due to regulations surrounding peptides and certain health-related products:
Some products may not be shipped to specific states or regions.
Orders to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories may have limitations.
If your order includes restricted items, we will contact you before shipping.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
BetterGen is not responsible for:
Delays caused by incorrect addresses
Packages returned to sender
Additional fees charged by carriers
If an order is returned due to incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.
BetterGen is not liable for delays caused by:
Carrier issues
Weather conditions
Customs or inspections
Holidays
Force majeure events
Once the package is handed to the carrier, responsibility for transit shifts to the shipping provider.
If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received, BetterGen is not responsible.
Customers should contact the carrier directly to open a missing package claim.
If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us for support.
If your package arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of the packaging and items.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will review the case and determine eligibility for replacement.
At this moment, BetterGen ships only within the United States.
